There are a million different things that you can say about Ukraine right now, a million different opinions. For every idea there’s a ‘yeah but on the other hand.’ In the final analysis there is no rational solution. It’s a gut call and the whole world is going to have to make it

Peace is always the most rational solution

The least messy solution I can think of is for a brave Russian citizen to “retire” Putin. Unfortunately, I’m not sure there is anyone there with the will, or access, to make that happen.

It's really a coin flip right now. Hoping for some sort of plan from Putin... This looks like a suicide mission from a dude with nukes.. this has an ominous feel.. like something we haven't seen before.

At a minimum, its a damn shame the USA buys oil & gas from Russia, providing them money to fuel their violent imperialism. We have enough oil & gas to supply the whole damn world and put a real dent in the revenue of brutal regimes like russia and saudia arabia. Sad!
