It’s impossible to transition to natural and equitable forms of anything from agriculture to health care to economics without pushing up against the dominant principles of stockholder capitalism. We can’t fundamentally deal with anything until we fundamentally deal with that.

Appropriately regulated capitalism emphasizes the rights of other stakeholders - such as workers, community and environment - and not just stockholders and CEO’s.

Capitalism can’t be regulated or reformed. The collapse of the New Deal has shown that. The only solution is the abolition of capitalism and replacement with an economic system based on worker ownership and dignity, also known as “socialism”.

Capitalism requires a class of people to be exploited by not getting paid a commensurate rate for the value they produce. Capitalism, itself, is unethical. Instead of regulation, try a better system. If you care about the rights of workers etc., then you want socialism, comrade.

I don't think there's any way that a system based on separateness, selfishness, and hoarding can ever be "appropriately regulated." It won't stay that way.
