I am deeply alarmed & concerned by this update from @Sdonziger. Nobody should be treated like this & human rights lawyers fighting for justice should not face retaliation for their work, ever. This is not ok.

It'd be helpful to read or watch a breakdown of how Chevron got all these legal forums [US, the Hague] to pronounce the Ecuadorian legal proceedings "fraud". What facts did Chevron leave out, or how were Chevron's "facts" bogus? Didnt Chevron pay off a judge to come to the US?
