Just a guess here. Most of the population of Flint is two things that work against them. One is poor. The other is black. Poor black people are low on the list of people deemed worthy of being helped. Again, just a guess.

I remember a debate, somewhere where you said this would never happen in Grosse Pointe. So true. This is where my family is from, my grandmother I told you about who loved your talks at Unity Church in the 90s. @JordanChariton has done excellent work on #FlintWaterCrisis story.
