Rent is the bandaid on a broken limb. Attainable homeownership is critical to security and quality of life. Home is ownership and rent is predatory. upwardcommunity.org As a single mom of a boy- I’m fighting for real homes for the local workforce.

Democrats likely won't survive midterms. Not having basic needs met despite having a majority will sink them. If people's basic needs get met, society as a whole can accept a lot of individual dissonance. We've incrementalized our way here, but that "plan" won't get us out of it.
