Why is it police culture remains so unchanged? Who/what so infiltrated their ranks that white supremacy is now endemic to its culture? Why isn't government responding to deaths like that of #AmirLocke? It's unacceptable how we're always just waiting for the next time it happens.

At least a thousand protesters currently at Minneapolis Police 1st precinct. Organizers demanding charges against officers involved in killing of Amir Locke and resignation of Mayor Jacob Frey.

Police Departments need to be Transformed ... and I think we all know what needs to be done ... Every officer should have a college degree ... No X-Military ... and the bulk of them should be trained Social Workers without Guns.
