I'm triple vaxxed, but (unless they're standing for hate or calling for violence) banning someone's podcast is too much like burning a book to me. Joe Rogan should talk on his podcast about whatever he damn well pleases.

Freedom isn't just the ability to say what you damn well please. It's also about what not to say sometimes. It's also about sometimes withholding consumption to force businesses or artists to meet certain standards. All of this is freedom and freedom gets messy sometimes.

I agree, but one thing is to talk about anything; the other thing is to allow misinformation about a virus that is sending people to the hospital or worse, and pretend that he’s just having a conversation.

And nobody is talking about banning Rogan’s podcast. This is all in the context of, and in support of, free speech. Rogan can say what he likes. Spotify can pay him what they want. Neil Young can object. Users can cancel their subscriptions. All speech, all free.
