I'm triple vaxxed, but (unless they're standing for hate or calling for violence) banning someone's podcast is too much like burning a book to me. Joe Rogan should talk on his podcast about whatever he damn well pleases.

Yes, he has the right to talk and that's important. We also have the right not to listen and not to associate. That's also important.

Agreed and artists should feel free to remove their works from Spotify if they don’t want to be connected to a platform that hosts him.

They have a right to boycott as much as I have a right to say why I wouldn't. That's kind of the point; that all of us should have a right to say what we think.

idk, what's the functional difference between calling for violence and calling for actions that infect and kill people?

No one is saying ban his podcast, just willing Spotify to remove it from its platform. There are a million ways he can still broadcast just without the corporate seal of approval.

I'd love to see @marwilliamson and @joerogan sit down for a three hour podcast. I'd bet fans of both would be surprised how much they have in common with each other.

I'm just going to leave this here and let you figure out where your dissonance is at.

No we should not ban pools, but in some places fences are mandated and I think that’s a good thing. You think a company should be able to put toxins in food, make a dangerous product, risk worker or consumer or environmental safety with no oversight whatsoever?

Not wearing masks and not getting vaxxed is literally committing violence on vulnerable people who catch Covid from you.

What? So, he is free to spread vaccine misinformation and conspiracy theories without any consequence? His guests have repeatedly claimed that vaccines are harming people, some have promoted "covid19 cures" like Ivermectin that don't work during the Pandemic. How is it ok?
