No it's not and everyone knows it. It was an Obama decision to not prosecute, a Trump decision to prosecute, and a Biden decision to stay with Trump's position.

Not everyone; you assume too much. I agree with a lot of what you have to say but, you are wrong on this. As an aside; I think JA should be released and not charged even by the DOJ or anyone else.
