We can’t have #SinglePayer healthcare because it would save too much money. The “healthcare” system is designed to kill poor folks as expensively as possible for the profit of the ruling class. They won’t let us fix it because they want their huge profits based on our suffering

Medicare Advantage plans are awful. They "follow Medicare guidelines" unless their own policies can add extra hoops, like prior authorizations and extra requirements that go against Medicare guidelines. If that mean the whole claim is rejected, that's more money in their pockets.
