I wonder...To what extent, if any, did they funds expand the ability of the mothers to work less and spend more quality time with their child(ren)? What behavior changes did the funds cause?

thank you! Why are they doing this? Who doesn't know this? There are plenty of women in the space - it's not that. It's perpetuating Us and Them. Cash helps. Give us some, and then focus on covid and the climate.

I think "a feeling of well-being" is transferred from the parents to the child ... and children ... even an infant can pick up on this ... Pretty amazing!
