America has a permanent underclass which is dealt with simply by leaving it out of the conversation, normalizing people’s despair and pretending they don’t exist. Since the pandemic began, millions more have fallen into poverty and billionaires have only increased their wealth.
Here’s the deal: America is the only leading economy in the world where the economy as a whole is stronger than before the pandemic. Our economic plans are working.

It’s not just Congress. Many local leaders who deal with the homeless & poor want them to just go away. Residents move away from the ‘dirties’ to gated communities. Out of sight out of mind.

Good thinking Marianne. President Biden doesn't wanna admit that as he just want to show the positives.

That was all by design. Just listen to bill gates, world economic forum, etc. but it’s so LIBERAL, so you of all far leftists should support it!

Sure ... The economy is working for Wealthy and the Super Wealthy ... but not for anyone else!

Biden’s allegiance is with the billionaire class and corporations. They are the only people that are profiting. They continue to raise the military budget and give billions to Israel but care nothing about the working class and poor. #FreeAssange #SaveThePalestinians

Economy as a "whole," meaning a word crafter spun this positive jive while ignoring the bottom 70% of Americans, whom are just economically in a "hole." #SpinDoctors
