Actually, they don't when they realize taxes would have to go up. Medicare for all is actually Medicaid for all. (I'm in this industry) Name me one country where it works with our population? Most people don't want to pay off other people's loans.

If most people want something (more than 50%) and the President is not for it, than MOST OBVIOUSLY, he is NOT in the middle he is RIGHT of the middle. Trying to appease people who are Extreme Right, brings him over the middle line into the conservative side.
