If someone is worried month after month how they'll pay next month's bills no matter how hard they try, plus what will happen if a family member gets sick, they begin to experience a permanent state of trauma. But it isn't a mental health issue - it's an economic injustice issue.

My current situation. My son has epilepsy and I need surgery but how will I pay my bills? I wake up with panic attacks every night. I take Ibuprofen and Iron just to get through the day. I've already had to miss a week of work, behind on every bill....it never ends.

US Capitalism REQUIRES downward economic pressure on the worker to fuel exponential profits. Workers free to make choices lie in threat quadrant for Capitalists. We have to stop pretending US Capitalism is based on any kind of equity, fairness or justice in intent or result.
