If someone is worried month after month how they'll pay next month's bills no matter how hard they try, plus what will happen if a family member gets sick, they begin to experience a permanent state of trauma. But it isn't a mental health issue - it's an economic injustice issue.

Oh enough, we have more important things to worry about like Democrats destroying this country with their authoritarianism than this constant appeal to the weakest and laziest of society. Guarantee these same people go on vacations, have the hottest phones, etc

This month I moved into a new place after 6 months of living out of my car. I am certain that the trauma of being unhoused will linger forever. This will be the case for so many others who have gone through the same.
