The problem is until the ways elections are run, how voting happens, and how the legislature is compromised is changed, there are no viable third options under the electoral system we have.

the two party system is killing this country and only driving wealth towards the elites. very few countries in this world only have 2 viable parties. this has to change.

I'm going to have to share this video for the rest of my life, aren't I? TLDR: The Electoral College prevents any more than 2 competitive parties from existing in the US. The one time a third party won it replaced one of the two major parties.* youtube.com/y1kQ8Xt6Gsc

We couldn’t agree more! That’s why we’re working to build the #PeoplesParty across the country - and we just got on the ballot in Virginia! There’s still much work to be done in order to challenge the corporate parties. Please join us: peoplesparty.org/volunteer/
