Our federal government is filled with political car mechanics; to them, that's the definition of "qualified." But the problem isn't with the mechanics of the car. The problem is that we're driving on the wrong road.

The trouble is the car is owned by the rich not the people. And the mechanics do as the owners wish. So the car is going exactly in the road the owners want it to.
