All volunteer military has become an incestuous priesthood. Need fulltime, fair, no excuses draft. Put rich & powerful at risk. Give them the privilege of defending their good fortune. Add balance/sanity to armed forces. If draft: - No 8 yr Iraq war - No 20 yr Afghanistan war
