While I agree with this statement, I think a key piece of the divide are citizens passiveness when it comes to understanding who to vote for and what policies are best. The political parties have too much power
For the first time, I feel like we have in the America First platform something that does empower the powerless. I think we all wanted to see more from Trump, and indeed I think if he had won a second term we really would have seen a harder stance in helping Americas.
