Exactly.
FDR did not succeed because he made the stock market go up or down during his tenure, but because he made the stock market irrelevant.

Like the separation of church and state ,shouldn’t there also be the separation of government and the chamber of commerce? We re so worried about religious beliefs influencing laws but somehow money is fine. What we really have is the separation of what’s right and what’s legal

Biden is even more disabled than FDR was though, I don't think he can pull it off.

FDR fought off economic downturn by enacting gold reserve act of 1934, which inflated money supply. Nixon switching to Federal Reserve notes is what put wall street in charge. Fiat currency and Fed policy under a corrupt 2 party system of Plutocracy is the systemic problem.

Actually, FDR succeeded because his social programs were created for white people to succeed & threw Black) Minority communities under the bus.

He ultimately only "succeeded" as a result of pressure from below (the socialists, communists, and anarchists forcing him to do things that the ruling class didn't want to do). Until people learn to apply that kind of pressure again, things won't change. youtube.com/watch?v=OK0KOimn…

Change DoD to the Department of Peace and take 1% of the budget to pay everyone to stay home for a month to heal from the pandemic.
