All these politicians wringing their hands wondering what could possible bring Americans together, might consider doing things that a majority agree on: raise the min. wage, universal healthcare, cancel college debt, free college. Quell the despair, and you'll quell the violence.

It's too late for that now. The 1% chose their path, and they will stick to it because their arrogance tells them they will prevail. The look of shock on their faces when the first straw-that-broke-the-camel's-back domino falls will be kinda priceless actually.

Philadelphia had over 500 murders in 2021. not sure that any were related to the topics you listed. punish the crime and you will quell the violence.
