Every person incarcerated for cannabis should have their sentence commuted and their record expunged. Legalize it.

Feels like the Dems will get lapped by some newt-level visionary vandal in the GOP who suddenly & completely legalizes cannabis as the massive taxpayer $$$ saver that it is.
