Absolutely.
Every person incarcerated for cannabis should have their sentence commuted and their record expunged. Legalize it.

7 years later, @GovofCO is still reducing sentences for something that is completely legal here. There shouldn't be anyone in a prison in Colorado for anything to do with marijuana. He just commuted 1,500 sentences. Don't know how many more there are. Ridiculous.
