This goes against everything this country is supposed to stand for.

YES! It goes against our constitution...innocent until PROVEN guilty! Unfortunately the prosecutor incentives are in the numbers, not the quality of prosecution!

These stories are so sad ... In the 1990s Clinton turned the prison system into one of Punishment ... Mandatory Sentencing ... and Private Jails ... the word Rehabilitation stopped being used ... part of our defense budget needs to go toward ... Police and Prison reform!

Something needs to be done regarding all these lives lost at rikers, something is not right you telling me all these men commited sucide, it needs to be closed down and an investgation carried out period.
