the military doesnt need that much and thats not what most of it's for. a lot of it is like a slush fund for the Pentagon to play around with, but mostly its a bottomless welfare fund for an assortment of large corporations that own most of the ppl in Washington

Unlike nearly every other military, poorly paid American soldiers have to pay for their own haircuts and uniforms, so none of the $778 billion goes to that.

Stopped asking when I realized they will budget $5000 for a hammer, and the answer became clear; it鈥檚 for graft and corruption in the military industrial complex.

No. Obviously it funnels through the defense contractors and comes back as campaign contributions and super PACs.
