I ask myself why would the military even need $400 B a year. It would still be way more than any other country spends. Do you know the 3rd largest military expenditure in the world? US police departments. We spend $160 B a year on that. Almost a trillion dollars for what?

So the U.S. can pilage all the Countries around the globe for rare minerals and prevent Socialist societies from ever coming into existence.
