When you aspire to be a 21st century member of a Monkey Wrench Gang, you must be willing to serve the time. Reznicek will not serve all her time of 8 years & will get early release, but given $3.2 M in damages it is appropriate for someone convicted of eco-terrorism.

Rather than eco-terrorist, I tend to think of Big Oil as eco-criminals that our government has failed to appropriately hold accountable for their repeated abuses of the environment.
