When fast food companies can kill a min wage hike, airline execs unduly influence the CDC, Big Pharma keeps drug prices so high people die unnecessarily, & Big Chem, Ag & Oil can poison our food & land, we’re living in a system of corporate tyranny. Time for nonviolent overthrow.

Gandhi was wrong about nonviolence. It protects the state.

I've got bad news for you - the inherent violence of the system precludes a peaceful solution.

Nonviolent feels like extremely wishful thinking at this point.

Can I sincerely ask, when has a nonviolent overthrow ever happened in the history of the world? Like something that was substantial and had lasting effects? Has a corrupt and violent institution ever been overthrown peacefully?

But these forces are particularly violent against the people and the dignity of their lives. I feel like non-violence is a dead end road. Obvi violence is a last resort, but the ruling class doesn’t operate on a peaceful level.

This, minus the "nonviolent" bit which absolutely won't work.
