If defense contractors didn’t dominate our foreign policy; and Big Pharma and health insurance companies didn’t dominate our healthcare; and fossil fuel companies didn’t dominate our energy policies, wouldn’t we all be better off?

If someone ran for President with this very question as their mantra, they might get thousands and thousands of people attending massive rallies and millions in small campaign contributions. But they would still lose in the end. Hmmm. Sounds eerily familiar somehow.
