If defense contractors didn’t dominate our foreign policy; and Big Pharma and health insurance companies didn’t dominate our healthcare; and fossil fuel companies didn’t dominate our energy policies, wouldn’t we all be better off?

Yes ... we would be much better off without the Fossil fuel Indurtry, Health Insurance and Big Pharma all influencing our healthcare and energy policies ... Without that influence we could have AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE FOR ALL and we could meet OUR CLIMATE GOALS.

Absolutely. We all put our core interests above all else. Problem is, business can get so big and influential (regulatory capture, advertising aka propaganda, & jobs) that nothing can check its interests. What to do?
