Starbucks workers' median pay: $12,113 Starbucks CEO compensation: $14.7 MILLION If Starbucks can afford to pay its CEO over 1,200x what it pays its median workers, then yeah, I think they can afford to negotiate in good faith with workers organizing to join a union.

That @Starbuck worker needs to know his own value, and refuse to work for someone that can't see that value and refuses to pay for that value. The only defense against rich corporate owners is through their pocketbook. No workers....no profits.

I think we all need to relax and realize that without that 3rd yacht they can't work 1200x harder than the rest of it so it kinda pays for itself
