Starbucks workers' median pay: $12,113 Starbucks CEO compensation: $14.7 MILLION If Starbucks can afford to pay its CEO over 1,200x what it pays its median workers, then yeah, I think they can afford to negotiate in good faith with workers organizing to join a union.

I personally do not believe all jobs are meant to provide a living wage. Some jobs are meant to be part time. Some are meant to be seasonal. I know not everyone sees it that way. Unionizing Starbucks will only cause them to raise prices, and reduce the workforce.
