IDK. Had an incident 2 yrs ago where Tampa cop’s son killed another kid. Just playing around :(. Unsecured gun in home & barely a slap on the hand.

Good idea. Keep voting FOR the war criminals and prosecuting the little guys. Fill those prisons, that’ll help society

Yes, it’s overdue, and responsible gun owners should have no objection.

The responsibility lies with the owner of the weapon, who is the person who did not adequately secure the weapon (and the ammunition)

My father would have killed me himself I didn't respect a firearm, and those around me, when I handled one. Well...maybe not have KILLED me, but I'd have certainly wished I were dead. I'm okay with going after the parents.

Doubt it will work in Red States.
