Justice Sotomayor deserves a lot of credit for her valiant stances these days. She stands strong at a time when SCOTUS has been captured by corporatist forces.
Justice Sotomayor, "WHEN DOES THE LIFE OF A WOMAN... PUTTING HER LIFE AT RISK... WHEN DOES THAT ENTER THE CALCULUS??"

Nonsense Re your statement re corporate world. Just because u don鈥檛 like a decision does not mean it is wrong or not supported by law or precedent.

Since Roe v. Wade has been in place for 50 years, gutting it now is hardly respecting precedent. Nor was gutting the Voting Rights Act. Want to throw out any other fancy words?

Well, I think history would argue that SCOTUS has only NOT been controlled by corporatists for only a few years. Literally.

Maternal deaths in the USA: In 2019 - 754, In 2018 - 658. Compare that to injecting BNT162B2 into humans, in just 3 months over 1,200 deaths reported per their own data. SO, if the life of a human enters the "calculus" she'll obviously strike down any mandates. Right?

You been at a time when the majority prefers to just read the Constitution and judge cases by the letter instead of their own interpretation?

I heard the argument on the radio ... Barrett said that as long as there is someone to adopt the baby ... why not bring every pregnancy to full term ... Sotomayor's response was a great one!

The corporate Planned Parenthood has been defeated. What corporate interest is served by overturning Roe?

Sotomayor is genuinely the only good thing Obama did in 8 years. Ppl can go off all they want on Sarandon, who has no power, but if Obama had put 2 more like her on the court (instead of just mailing it in) things would be better today.
