What’s causing you to hallucinate that billionaires don’t pay taxes?

Adam Smith said capitalism doesn't work without progressive taxation in 1776. He didn't mean it to fill up the government's coffers. He said it is necessary to provide an even playing field for the economy. He knew that capitalism eats it's own and was trying to stop that.

I think it’s pretty obvious— the US government is not a democracy but a corporatocracy. The gov. won’t tax their true bosses.

I don’t get the fuss. Billionaires buying private jets are just like the rest of us trying to buy a used car—but without the predatory lending.
