the Left doesn't shred the Constitution ... it just ignores it or seeks to reframe it so it means what they want. thta's not good either.

DACA. not opposed to the goal but that executive order is an overreach using authority that is not cited in Article II of the Constitution. seeking to prioritize popular vote, which is not in the Constitution, over the electoral vote, which is, is another example.
