I just want everybody to be free to live their lives as normal, without discrimination, coercion, or segregation. How on earth is this 'controversial'?

When the Dec of Ind declared "all men are created equal" & endowed by God w/ "inalienable rights to life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness," that was a radical challenge to the aristocratic paradigm of the day. It was radical then and for the very same reason it's radical today

She clearly has a good soul, I dont understand why she places so much faith in existing power structures. WashingtonDC is so obviously corrupted to its core, that it will never help the average person Any additional money/power used by DC is counter-productive to the stated goal
