This just happened with a ballot initiative that was completely ignored by our Legislature in Utah, regarding redrawn district maps.
They're relentlessly conditioned to care more about The Bachelorette and the latest streaming obsession. To be sold morning, noon, and night as digita, softening them to be sold "goods" as promises to fill the void within them.
