I would have preferred they guaranteed our voting rights before fixing the roads. Seems more of an emergency.

Breaking: Georgia senate passes gerrymandered state senate map giving GOP 59% of seats in state Biden won with 49.5%. As @PoliticsWolf notes, Trump won half the districts by 15 points or more, making it nearly impossible for Dems to win chamber even when they get more votes

Been saying this since the moment Biden won: He had a rare opportunity to unite everyone concerned about elections (for reasons real & imagined) by prioritizing addressing voting rights & election security. You fix that, all else is possible. You don’t? All will be lost.

It was Sinema and Manchin that blocked reforming the Filiabuster which would have been needed to inact voting rights legislation ... We need to gain at least two more Senate Seats in 2022!
