US politicians are domestic abusers and like all good abusers they blame other's to avoid accountability. They won't guarantee health care or a living wage but will guarantee corporations and themselves get away with murder, thievery and pollution.
And you also want open borders. If you want a Danish welfare system, you need a Danish immigration system. And even then, it probably isn't sustainable given demographic trends.

If they’re such popular policies then Congressional leadership needs to put these clean bills on the floor and let the legislators actually legislate by offering amendments and debate. No more of these insanely large bills that have a few good things but a bunch of bad things.
