Everything that gets labeled "far-left" in the US is just common sense policy in the rest of the industrialized world. Guaranteed health care. Paid family leave. Government drug price negotiation. This stuff isn't radical. We're talking about the basics of a functioning society.

Nobody has a problem with this. What people have a problem with is how we will pay for it, if it will cause more inflation, and if it will make the government more intrusive. People also are pushed away by the left with their divisive racial and identity politics.
