Government shouldn’t be run like a business, it should be run like a family. The only way for a family to do well is if it sets up the kids to do well.

I don't like the govt=family analogy at all. Yeah, the best families love the kids, but even in these families, grandma goes to a Medicaid nursing home, and the kids who don't fit in are shunned in a socially acceptable way. And then there are the dysfunctional families.....
