We’re living in two worlds simultaneously: one the fall of Rome and the other a new Renaissance. We need to be both death doulas and birth doulas, helping die peacefully the systems that need to die and helping give birth to a wholly different kind of world.

The Renaissance happened centuries after the fall of Rome. The Dark Ages were the centuries between the two…

Yes, we are at a juncture but what new world is being created when one is not welcome, even forbidden, to participate unless one unquestionably submits to big pharma/biotech control and surveillance/show papers. Among those creating alternatives (for the chosen).

There are enough people at the poles telling us their way is right and by any means necessary they shall prevail. This is Neanderthalic nonsense ... that change has to come thru violence and righteous bigotry, when perhaps imperative cooperation might work.

You told us to vote for a 78 year old segregationist who literally told a room full of capitalist that when he was elected “Nothing will fundamentally change.” When you start talking about doulas and letting a system die, I get the feeling you think we’re all stupid.

I like this take @marwilliamson “peacefully die” it will take all of our delicate balance and humble focus. We can’t give up, there a light on in the window. 🌀🌎

When I heard you were running for president I was filled with hope for the future. When I saw how it ended it made we wonder if it will ever change, or if true change would be resigned to an empty slogan that you would be a fool to believe in.

Good argument for implementing a full universal basic income. The symbolism of us all being in this together is too great to ignore.
