you know..its true we all make mistakes, mistakes happen but there are as always exceptions and consequences like when you have a billion-dollar intelligence network spy satellites drone footage and the biggest army in the world consequences demand better than 'it was a mistake'

It is was a mistake then there must have been negligence It’s unfathomable that there was officially deemed nobody accountable

I’d be interested in learning how this type of “mistake” occurs. Was it just reflexive military denial or did someone decide to lie? Maybe a little of both.
