He’s willing to donate $6B if they publish an effective plan publicly and make the accounting public. Seems like that would make it less prone to corruption and more effective in helping people. But anyway, yeah, despicable and sadistic!

No, he's asking an organization how, specifically, his 6 billion could be spent to eliminate hunger. He's not "dangling" anything. He's looking for an honest answer from a large bureaucratic organization with a track record of filling pockets not bellies.

Wait are you defending the UN? They are a horrible corrupt institution whose focus is redirecting wealth to their own pockets. Any good they do is mostly accidental or window dressing. It seems like a good idea but there is no accountability.
