I think he is angling for reforms. The fundamental problem is that the aid organization cannot use the funds effectivelt, amd might actually be making the world worse by subsidizing corruption.

He was exposing the UN for being an inflated, ineffective organization. He called their bluff. Showed how much $ the UN already has and the story of how some UN workers abuse children as young as 9 years old by withholding food for BJ’s.

United States last year spent $122 Billion on food programs, and you think $6 Billion will solve world hunger? The people controlling the funds can't be trusted, which is why he is asking for transparency.
