While it was so encouraging to see Representative Tlaib go after Chevron’s CEO, fearlessly I might add, it is ultimately a symbol of all of our helpless frustration since they will just get away with it. I think this needs the attention of a true crime podcast that goes viral.

In yesterday’s @OversightDems hearing, I asked @Chevron’s CEO when they would cut the check for the $50B+ it owes for environmental damages globally. He played dumb. Meanwhile, #EnvironmentalJustice lawyer Steven Donziger goes to prison for the crime of holding them accountable.
