1) $9.5 bn judgement was overturned due to fraud 2) @sdonziger was disbarred for fabrication of evidence and withholding evidence 3) original defendant was Texaco whom @sdonziger sued in 1993. 4) Chevron bought Texaco in 2001.

I find it difficult to be happy about press only reporting on Donzinger when he's in jail. They ignored the case before for a reason
