How can billionaires have a problem with paying a tax that won’t diminish the quality of their own life in the slightest way, and that will go to improve the quality of life for millions of others? #WealthTax

it's an addiction like the Hoarders show, only, instead of stuff, it's money. Money doesn't make them happy so they need MORE, and they are still ill at ease or unsatisfied and they need even more and more...on and on. That's why they have to leave the planet.

The Taxes for the Wealthiest People in the US were higher before The Trump Tax Cut ... than Biden as asking they be raised to now!

stop arguing that the rich are greedy and cruel while the poor are noble and good. neither is always true. focus on the fact that 75% of our GDP is driven by consumer spending. make the case that increasing consumer spending power boosts profits. enough with the morality play

We don't need a cent from billionaires. Our federal government always already has an inexhaustible supply of its own money. We don't need billionaires' money. We need votes in Congress. #LearnMMT That said? It is not enough that the richest win. The rest of us have to lose.

If they worried about others in the slightest way they wouldn't be billionaires now, would they?

Maybe they know that tax payments are just returning dollars the US Federal government previously created. That paying those taxes benefits no one and just supports that pay-for lie. Or maybe they'd prefer to support the pay-for lie and keep the charade in place.

It isn't the billionaires. Average earners like me know full well this won't be limited to billinaires. It will creep down to the most modest wealth. Why do they need to see accounts valued at $600 or $10,000 whichever gets approved. That isn't billionaires.

Reparations for every single "trickle down" year first, then we can do an equal tax rate across the board.
