According to the Constitution we have the *legal right to protest* (the people he killed were NOT looting); according to the dictionary people who kill people are called *murderers*: and the people they kill are called *victims*. This judge should be removed from the case.

The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial says lawyers cannot call the 2 people he killed "victims." Rittenhouse killed 2 people and wounded another with an AR-15 style weapon. The judge says "victim" is too "loaded" but will let lawyers call them "rioters, looters or arsonists."

They were actively chasing and attacking him. They weren't just innocent protesters, it was all filmed. "Victim" suggests he set upon these people, and that isn't true. So yeah, it's too loaded.
